Overview:
An established and reputable fire and security company is looking to recruit a skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to join their growing team. Covering Manchester and surrounding areas, the role will involve servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a wide range of fire and security systems for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems

  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs

  • Completing planned maintenance and reactive callouts

  • Providing excellent customer service and accurate reporting

  • Participation in a shared on-call rota

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fire and/or security system servicing

  • Familiar with a variety of brands and manufacturers

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Industry qualifications (FIA, ECS, or equivalent) preferred

  • Confident working independently or as part of a team

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
