We are working with an education provider in the Merseyside area who are looking for a Welding & Fabrication Assessor to join their team.

The role is a permanent full-time role, comprising of 37 hours per week, and would involve travelling out to workplaces in the Merseyside area in order to assess level 2/3 apprentices on their practical Welding & Fabrication skills, with a focus on Fabrication.

The starting salary for this position is between £33,000 and £35,000 per annum, and the package also includes a pension, a health/life plan, business mileage, Mersey Tunnel fees, and 30 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A Welding or Fabrication qualification
-Hands-on fabrication credibility

Please note that the education provider would be able to put skilled industry candidates through (and pay for) the assessor award on the job.
