Job Purpose: To provide administrative support for the stock picking process for the warehouse by accurately inputting and processing data in SAP Business One (SAP B1).

Key Responsibilities

* Use SAP B1 to generate and issue picking lists for the warehouse team.

* Enter data into SAP B1 to record and track picking progress.

* Update the system to reflect completed picks and flag any issues to the relevant team members.

* Ensure all system entries are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

* Support general admin tasks for inventory team including stock movements and system records.

Skills and Experience:

* Basic experience using business systems; any exposure to SAP B1 is desirable.

* Strong computer literacy with good data entry skills and a methodical approach

* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred.

* Good attention to detail and ability to follow set processes.

Personal Qualities:

* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

* Highly organised, with good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Proactive and willing to learn new systems and processes.

* A positive team player who communicates well and contributes to a collaborative working environment.

* Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures consistently.
