A dynamic and customer-focused Claims and Compensation company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst. In this role, you will lead data-driven initiatives, analyse complex data sets, and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions across the business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions, develop dashboards, and guide junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute complex data analyses to support business strategy and operations.
  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and infrastructure optimization.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) and data manipulation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, forecasting, and predictive modelling techniques.
  • Experience in eCommerce as well as Finance and Healthcare industries.
