This role pays a competitive salary of 45,000 - 70,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:
- Manage a caseload involving disputes related to a full spectrum of professional negligence matters, contractual claims including insurance disputes, corporate governance, Director/Shareholder cases and more.
- Help to represent clients in appropriate court hearings and alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
- Draft and file legal documents and reports, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to business development efforts.
About you as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 8 years of experience in civil litigation;
- The role will involve development across various litigation fields and this will be carefully supervised and managed within the team to ensure continuous development of skills.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deliver excellent client service.
- In depth knowledge of the CPR, Court Rules and Case law in relation to Civil Litigation.
- Excellent Research Skills.
