Your new companyOur client is a well-regarded claimant firm with offices across the North West. They are currently recruiting for a Credit Hire Legal Advisor to join their Liverpool city centre office on a hybrid working basis. Your new roleThis Credit Hire Legal Advisor role will see you handle a broad-ranging and interesting caseload where you will be handling all aspects of litigated and non-litigated Credit Hire claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents. You will progress claims in a timely manner and in accordance with CPR. Applicants will also be required to instruct counsel, to attend conferences, hearings and CMCs. Successful applicants should have relevant knowledge of caseload and legislation. What you'll need to succeedYou will ideally be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with previous experience handling your own credit hire caseload. Non-qualified individuals with strong credit hire experience are also encouraged to apply.
