Credit Hire Litigator / Fee Earner

My client is actively seeking a Credit Hire Litigator / Fee Earner for their office in Liverpool.

As part of our continued growth, they are looking for experienced Solicitors or Fee Earners with a background in Credit Hire litigation to manage a variety of claims.

Duties:

  • Managing a caseload of litigated fast-track and multi-track credit hire cases under supervision
  • Working effectively with the existing team.
  • Skilled in managing a case from the commencement of proceedings through to trial.
  • Proficient in using a case management and diary system.
  • Capable of negotiating settlements and achieving optimal outcomes.

Experience

  • Prior experience in Credit Hire is crucial.
  • The candidate should be adept at managing a complete caseload of RTA claims through various stages to resolution.
  • They must possess an excellent understanding of the case law relevant to this field, as well as the MOJ protocol, the pre-action protocol for personal injury claims, and the Civil Procedure Rules.
