Family Law Solicitor – Liverpool (Hybrid) – Competitive Salary + Benefits My client, a leading family law firm in Merseyside, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Solicitor to join their team. With a strong reputation for supporting individuals through matters such as divorce, separation, and complex financial arrangements, the firm offers a highly professional and supportive working environment. The RoleThis is a hybrid position, with a flexible blend of office-based and remote working. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce proceedings, financial settlements, and child arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling all aspects of family law cases from instruction through to conclusion
  • Advising clients on divorce, financial remedy, and child arrangements
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Representing clients at hearings as appropriate
  • Liaising with barristers, experts, and other third parties
  • Ensuring compliance with Family Procedure Rules
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE (preferred)
  • Strong experience in family law
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively
  • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in instructing experts and handling complex cases
