- Handling all aspects of family law cases from instruction through to conclusion
- Advising clients on divorce, financial remedy, and child arrangements
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Representing clients at hearings as appropriate
- Liaising with barristers, experts, and other third parties
- Ensuring compliance with Family Procedure Rules
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE (preferred)
- Strong experience in family law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience in instructing experts and handling complex cases
- Full or part-time hours considered
