Your new companyOur client is a well-regarded claimant law firm with offices across the North of England. They are currently recruiting for a fast-track personal injury lawyer to join their Liverpool office on a hybrid working basis. Your new roleThis Fast-Track Personal Injury Lawyer position will see you handle a full caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury files valued up to £25,000. Claims will typically consist of OIC and MOJ RTA claims however, you may also be asked to EL/PL claims when appropriate. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive, but those qualified through experience will also be considered. You must have substantial previous experience handling your own caseload of personal injury claims, ideally in a claimant setting. Previous experience of the MOJ and OIC portal is essential.
