They are looking to appoint a dynamic and driven Commercial Property Solicitor to take on a pivotal leadership role within the firm – heading up their successful Commercial Property department with a view to stepping into a Director position. This is a rare and exciting career move for an ambitious legal professional who’s ready to take the reins and lead a department, while playing a key role in the ongoing growth and strategic direction of the practice.The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to a loyal and expanding client base. The Role:
  • Lead and develop the Commercial Property department, taking full ownership of team performance, business development, and client relationships
  • Handle a varied caseload including commercial conveyancing, leases, development agreements, secured lending and disposals
  • Drive cross-referrals and work closely with other departments to maximise client service and opportunities
  • Play a central role in strategic planning and future growth
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A qualified solicitor or lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial property law
  • Confident managing a broad caseload and advising clients on complex property transactions
  • Commercially minded with strong leadership potential and excellent client-facing skills
  • Able to balance autonomy with team collaboration
  • Motivated, organised, and ready to step into a senior leadership role
