- A qualified solicitor or lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial property law
- Confident managing a broad caseload and advising clients on complex property transactions
- Commercially minded with strong leadership potential and excellent client-facing skills
- Able to balance autonomy with team collaboration
- Motivated, organised, and ready to step into a senior leadership role
