- Lead and manage the Litigation department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
- Oversee a diverse caseload including:
- Housing disrepair claims
- Tenancy deposit disputes
- Enforcement actions
- General Litigation
- Develop litigation strategies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations.
- Qualified solicitor or barrister (England & Wales) with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation, ideally with a strong background in housing law.
- Proven experience managing a legal team or department.
- Expertise in housing disrepair, tenancy deposit claims, and enforcement procedures.
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for access to justice.
