Role Overview:A well-established and socially focused law firm, known for its commitment to tenant advocacy and legal excellence, is hiring for two key positions in its Liverpool City Centre office:
  1. Housing Disrepair Fee Earner – Manage housing disrepair claims from instruction to resolution, working directly with clients to secure repairs and compensation.
  2. Housing Repair Breach Handler – Specialise in cases where landlords fail to carry out repairs post-settlement or court order, including enforcement action and court preparation.
Both roles offer full-time hours, supportive teams, and genuine career progression in a dynamic legal environment.Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:For Housing Disrepair Fee Earner:
  • 1+ years’ experience handling housing disrepair or civil litigation cases
  • Strong understanding of housing law and tenant rights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Law degree or similar qualification preferred
For Housing Repair Breach Handler:
  • Law degree or similar; ideal for graduates or junior fee earners
  • Understanding of CPR and drafting Part 8 proceedings
  • Experience or interest in working with social housing tenants
  • Strong legal drafting and case preparation skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a litigation team
