An established and forward-thinking law firm based in the heart of Liverpool is seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Fee Earner or Solicitor to join their thriving team. The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Housing Disrepair matters from instruction through to conclusion. You will have a strong understanding of the relevant legislation and procedures, and be confident in dealing with litigated files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a full caseload of Housing Disrepair Matters
  • Managing files from inception to settlement/litigation.
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients and third parties.
  • Meeting targets in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of client service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience dealing with Housing Disrepair OR previous experience handling a personal injury litigated caseload and wanting a re-train into HDR
