- Represent landlords in defending pre-action and litigated housing disrepair claims
- Deliver expert advice on housing condition issues and housing management matters
- Act on behalf of landlords in anti-social behaviour cases and breach of tenancy injunctions
- Handle ombudsman complaints and provide updates on legislative changes
- Conduct County Court advocacy across a variety of hearings
- Build strong client relationships and ensure top-level client service is maintained
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Drive business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the team
- Experience in housing disrepair and a strong understanding of social housing law
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, practical legal advice
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with commercial awareness
- Solid knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and strong advocacy skills
- A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes
- Experience working with or on behalf of Registered Providers of Social Housing
