Our client, a well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience to join their busy and expanding Private Client team based in Woolton.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to advance their career in a respected regional firm with a strong Private Client offering, and will afford the successful candidate the chance to work closely with high-net-worth individuals and handle a broad range of private client matters.They offer an excellent package that includes hybrid AND agile working, above average holidays, a great working environment, training investment and opportunities, and more.    The successful Lawyer will be responsible for: Management of a varied Private Client caseload, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administrationHandling incoming enquiries and providing clients with timely updatesLiaising with the probate registry, courts, HMRC, HMLR, experts, and other relevant third partiesMeeting and advising clients both in person and remotely as requiredManaging the full administration process of estatesContributing to business development initiatives and supporting growth through existing client relationshipsCollaborating with the marketing team to produce written content, such as blogs, related to Private Client services Candidate RequirementsA minimum of 2 years PQE in Private Client law, including experience with HNW clients, wills, probate, trusts, tax/estate planning, and elderly client services (essential)Familiarity with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and Excel (essential)Previous exposure to property-related work (desirable)A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganised, self-motivated, and proactiveAble to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectivelyConfident in client-facing situations and a strong team playerBenefits Include:
