Property Solicitor - 2 Years PQE

Role Description:

This full-time hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity for a Property Solicitor based in Liverpool, with the flexibility to work remotely. The role involves providing expert legal consultation, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and managing a variety of property law matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold agreements, new builds, remortgaging, and transfers. Additionally, there is a clear path for career progression, with the opportunity to advance to Head of Department.

Qualifications:

  • Law and legal consulting skills
  • Legal document preparation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of legal issues in property law
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in conveyancing
  • Minimum of 2 years PQE
  • Knowledge of SRA rules and compliance
