AJ Chambers is working with a commercial law firm in Liverpool. They are currently recruiting for an Insolvency and Restructuring Partner to join their dispute resolution team.
You’ll come in as a Salaried Partner; there is existing work for someone to be involved in and you will be required to lead the front in networking and business development opportunities. This firm has an extensive internal network, making obtaining new business easier.
Key aspects:
- Managing a broad range of complex insolvency matters.
- Dealing with company voluntary arrangements, administration and receivership.
- Actively engaging with insolvency practitioners.
- Restructuring matters
