Role Overview:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor (NQ to 5 years PQE) to join an expanding team specialising in civil claims against public bodies. Based in Liverpool, this role will involve managing a caseload of civil litigation matters, including unlawful arrest, false imprisonment, human rights breaches, and other public body accountability issues. You will handle multi-track work and civil jury trials in a dynamic, target-driven environment.Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
  • At least 3 years’ experience handling Part 7 litigation work
  • Strong background in litigation with a focus on civil claims
  • Experience running cases through to trial, including working with Counsel
  • Excellent knowledge of the CPR and pre-action disclosure procedures
  • Ability to manage a multi-track caseload
  • Experience with case management systems (e.g., Proclaim) and high IT competency
  • Exceptional client care and communication skills
