We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2+ years PQE) to join their busy and supportive team based in Woolton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied and rewarding caseload, working closely with high-net-worth clients and delivering exceptional service across all aspects of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Planning.
The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of Private Client work, including:

Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney

Advising on Probate, Estate Administration, and Tax Planning

Handling matters involving high-net-worth clients and complex estates
-
Liaising with the Probate Registry, HMRC, and other professionals
-
Producing blog content and supporting marketing activity with the wider team

Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2+ PQE) in Private Client law

Experienced in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Tax/Estate Planning

Skilled in client care, organisation, and time management
-
Confident in using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and Excel

A proactive team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
-
(Desirable) Experience in property-related private client work and ability to drive
