Your Role;

- Legal Assistant (Child Protection). This role is to assist fee earners in progressing public law proceedings. The role requires being a case holder who is able to work independently to ensure the compliance with court orders and smooth running of court proceedings in the support of solicitors. The tasks involve bundling, seeking compliance with outside agencies with court directions and a strong understanding GDPR /redaction of documents. The candidate is expected to have experience as a legal assistant or solicitor in case holding public law proceedings and hold a legal qualification.
