If you're a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a great-paying role with a well-established manufacturer, this is it!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Keeping production running - reactive & preventative maintenance on both mechanical & electrical equipment.
- Improving reliability - working on projects to enhance efficiency
- PLC fault-finding - identifying & resolving automation issues (no programming required)
- Ensuring safety & compliance - keeping standards high and downtime low.
- Mentoring- helping the engineering team including apprentices by offering support & advice where required.
- General maintenance- keeping all aspects of the site in good working order during downtime.
What You Need:
- Apprentice-trained or hold a relevant engineering qualification.
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong fault-finding & troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of PLC systems (fault-finding only)
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
