About the Role:
As the Contracts & Facilities Officer, you will be at the heart of day-to-day operations, ensuring that our offices run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for contractors and service providers.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Overseeing health and safety compliance across our offices.
  • Conducting compliance checks and managing office support services like cleaning and security.
  • Leading a team of Facilities Management Assistants and supervising their tasks.
