I am currently hiring for a number of Assistant Site Managers, specifically for new build housing developments across Manchester & Merseyside.
It is essential that you have had previous experience working on new build housing sites & will ideally be familiar with NHBC regulations.
I have several positions available; including Site Manager & Assistant roles, which role we discuss will be dependant on your level of experience, home location & availability date.
As standard, it is mandatory that you hold the relevant managerial certifications in order to be considered for the role, including:
SMSTS / SSSTS
First Aid
CSCS
Those with a trade background will be prioritised throughout the shortlisting process.
