THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE

Role Purpose
Oversee day-to-day operations, projects, and member services to ensure efficiency, compliance, and delivery of strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations for efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and deliver projects, ensuring milestones and stakeholder engagement.
  • Improve membership processes, systems, and communications.
  • Support strategic objectives alongside senior leadership.
  • Oversee governance reporting for Board/Committees.
  • Manage suppliers, budgets, and financial planning.
  • Support events, conferences, and CPD delivery.
  • Line manage staff/contractors.

Skills & Experience

  • Operations management experience in a membership body (essential).
  • Strong project management (Prince2/Agile/PMP desirable).
  • Budget and resource management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM/membership systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for professional development and member service.
