Site Manager - Liverpool
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team working on a high profile building in Liverpool.
The project is a full refurbishment from an old listed building into an apart-hotel which is part of a larger development securing 10 years worth of work in Liverpool.
You will be reporting into a visiting PM and as the project progresses there will be other site managers as part of a developing team therefore you must be able to work collaborately as part of a team. As this is part of a listed building that will a luxury brand you should be a conscientious manager with high quality standards
The role will ideally commence in June on a permanent basis.
Suitable candidates should have
SMSTS
CSCS
FIRST AID
And be able to demonstrate full project site management,
The salary is 50,000 - 55,000 DOE and there is car parking on site
