We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Executiveto join our team! Reporting to our Head of Marketing & Design.

Job Overview

You will ensure the brand and sub brands are positioned in line with the goal of the business through creative marketing innovative and creative concepts. Playing a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.Support the marketing team in raising awareness of new products, brands and services via campaigns and projects. Manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads, involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution. Manage product marketing data.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns through multiple channels such as but not limited to Catalogue design, web development, print advertising, mail shot, trade shows, social media.

  • Support, monitor and mentor Junior and Graphic Designers.
  • Help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the sales team brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.
  • Manage internal and external communication such as new letters, articles, press releases.
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy.
  • Maintaining web sites with content, ensure its optimised for SEO and track its performance.
  • Managing marketing calendar and delivering to deadlines.
  • Creating and managing social media campaigns.
  • Manage product campaigns and events in line with product developments.
  • Creating and analysing marketing campaigns.
  • Analysing sales data and writing reports.
  • Review competitor activity and identify product development opportunities.
  • Maintain annual price files and product marketing data.
  • Working with the Marketing and Graphic Design team to create marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the product design team to have a good understand and how best to portray new products in development.
  • Managing relationships with external dealer groups.

Experience & Knowledge required

  • Previous experience in marketing is required at the same level (minimum of 5 years) is essential.
  • Experience in B2B business.
  • Furniture experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Marketing qualification required.
  • Experience of working across multiple social media platforms.
  • Knowledge in graphic design is an advantage.
  • Computer literate in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Up to date with the latest design trends and techniques.
  • An excellent level of written communication and attention to detail.
  • Experience and knowledge of working in manufacturing preferred but not essential.
