Are you a hands-on mechanical engineer with knowledge of generators / engines looking to step into a role with an ambitious company offering further specialist training from industry leading manufacturers, progression paths into more senior roles and plenty of overtime to significantly boost your earnings?

On offer is the opportunity to join a close-kit, ambitious company, specialising in the sale, installation and maintenance of diesel engines. Supplying into marine and industrial sectors, this company has gone from strength to strength and are looking to organically grow their team due to their increasing customer base. They have been a consistent name within their industry since they were founded over 150 years ago.

In this role you will be working alongside the current team of engineers, travelling to customer sites nationwide, carrying out reactive maintenance on bespoke diesel engines, and occasionally helping in the workshop with PPMs. You will be provided with further training on the bespoke engines from industry-leading manufacturers, with further training on-site to get you fully up to speed.

This role would suit a hands-on mechanical engineer with knowledge of generators / engines looking to step into a role with an ambitious company offering further specialist training, progression paths into senior roles and plenty of overtime opportunities to significantly boost earnings.

The Role:

  • Carrying out reactive maintenance on diesel generators
  • Operating in a nationwide patch with occasional international travel
  • 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 3:30pm Friday
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x outside of working hours

  • Mechanical Engineer

  • Full UK Driver's License
