Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the multidisciplinary team at Mersey Care. You will play a key role in assessing and delivering tailored occupational therapy interventions to support recovery and independence in mental health or community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and develop personalised care plans

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to support functional recovery

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service improvement

Key Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

  • Minimum 6-12 months NHS experience, preferably in mental health or community settings

  • Strong communication, assessment, and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
