Office Manager
Salary - £30,000 - £33,000 per annum
Hours – 37.5 hours (hybrid working options available – Mon, Wed & Fri in office, Tues & Thurs flexible)

We currently have an exciting opportunity working with one of our clients who are a well-established, well known technology firm based at their head office on the outskirts Liverpool Centre, recruiting for an Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Always maintaining a positive office environment and ensuring the office is well always maintained.
  • Handling all travel itineraries for staff and higher management: hotel and travel related bookings.
  • Dealing with any minor HR and administrative processes.
  • Booking in company events across a monthly, quarterly and yearly period.
  • Welcoming any suggestions from staff and higher management that can improve the office and business.
  • Assisting with any people or wellbeing issues – maintain priorities of things such as: mental health, happiness in the office etc.
  • Assisting higher management with any recruitment requirements for the office (interviewing, shortlisting, meeting with recruitment agencies etc.)


Experience:

  • Have 2-3 year’s experience as an Office Manager or had exposures to office management or any of the above related duties.
  • Experience of managing people and events (ideally company related one’s across monthly, quarterly and yearly bases.)
  • Ability to work independently and be exceptionally organised.
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office platforms.


It would also be desirable for candidates to have the following:

  • An exposure to HR related duties – people and wellbeing, policies and procedures, recruitment support etc.
  • A background or interest in software and technology.
