URGENT SCHOOL OFFICE ADMINISTRATORS REQUIRED

We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable Office Administrators to support schools across Sefton. With increasing demand and staffing pressures, schools are looking for skilled professionals who can step in and make a difference. If you've got a strong background in SIMS, FMS, GDPR, or Arbor, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, post, and day-to-day communications.
  • Maintain accurate pupil data using SIMS, Arbor or other MIS systems.
  • Assist with attendance, registers, and safeguarding documentation.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team with admin and organisation.
  • Ensure smooth running of the school office in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Strong school office/admin experience.
  • Working knowledge of SIMS, FMS, GDPR, or Arbor.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office & school MIS systems.
  • A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • A genuine interest in supporting schools and young people.

Must Haves:

  • Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced Child DBS: You must have an Enhanced Child DBS check or be willing to undertake one (we can help with this).
