We are looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our team and support secondary schools across Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone passionate about working with young people and gaining valuable classroom experience.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher.
- Ensure students stay on task with pre-set work.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support pupils in a positive and professional manner.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Confidence to lead groups of young people.
- A flexible and proactive approach.
- Experience in education or working with young people (desirable, not essential).
