We are seeking an Interim HR Workforce Analyst to join a Public Sector organisation in Liverpool. This temporary role focuses on workforce analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning within the Human Resources department.

Description








  • Deliver regular workforce dashboards and statutory reports aligned to organisational KPIs and People Strategy
  • Produce clear, actionable workforce analysis for senior leaders across the organisation
  • Identify workforce trends, risks and insights, providing narrative interpretation and recommendations
  • Develop, automate and improve workforce analytics in collaboration with HR systems teams
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in workforce reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, MHR)
  • Ensure high data quality through audits and robust assurance processes
  • Provide training and guidance on dashboards, reports and analytical tools
  • Support workforce planning through trend analysis, forecasting and risk identification
  • Develop scenario modelling and predictive analytics to inform strategic decisions
  • Support audits, FOIs/DSARs and benchmarking activities






Profile

A successful Interim HR Workforce Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience in workforce analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
