What You’ll Be Doing:Join a forward-thinking pharmacy team and enjoy a varied role across medical and surgical wards. This is your chance to get stuck into a fulfilling position where your input directly impacts patient outcomes. You will:

perform comprehensive patient assessments

create and implement personalised care plans
-
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

a current and valid GPhC registration
-
previous hospital experience in a ward-based setting
-
excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail
-
strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
a passion for delivering outstanding patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, offering stability and routine. The position is for a minimum of 6 months with strong potential for extension, based on service needs.
