This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or a highly motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to thrive in a supportive environment, shaping the academic and personal growth journeys of Key Stage 2 pupils.
The Role:
As our new KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking in our pupils.
- Creating a dynamic and stimulating classroom environment that promotes collaboration, independence, and a positive attitude towards education.
- Assessing pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, including preparing pupils for statutory assessments.
- Implementing strong classroom and behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive and harmonious learning space.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the holistic development of every child.
- Contributing to the overall positive ethos and values of our school.
About You:
- You hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- You have recent experience teaching in a UK primary setting.
- You possess excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- You are passionate about education and dedicated to supporting the academic and personal growth of older primary learners.
- You are adaptable, professional, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ECTs are welcomed to apply and will receive comprehensive support.
