This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or a highly motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to thrive in a supportive environment, shaping the academic and personal growth journeys of Key Stage 2 pupils.

The Role:

As our new KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking in our pupils.
  • Creating a dynamic and stimulating classroom environment that promotes collaboration, independence, and a positive attitude towards education.
  • Assessing pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, including preparing pupils for statutory assessments.
  • Implementing strong classroom and behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive and harmonious learning space.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the holistic development of every child.
  • Contributing to the overall positive ethos and values of our school.

About You:

  • You hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • You have recent experience teaching in a UK primary setting.
  • You possess excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • You are passionate about education and dedicated to supporting the academic and personal growth of older primary learners.
  • You are adaptable, professional, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ECTs are welcomed to apply and will receive comprehensive support.
