About the Role:As a Year 4 teacher, you’ll be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons that motivate and challenge learners. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum, nurture pupil wellbeing, and ensure strong academic progress.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, well-structured lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

Assess, track, and report on pupil progress to inform next steps in learning

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment and events
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, particularly Year 4

Can inspire and motivate pupils with engaging teaching

Is committed to high expectations, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing

Works effectively as part of a team and shows excellent communication skills
