- Knowledge of social value measurement methods and real-world application.
- Ability to translate policy into effective digital solutions.
- Experience in SaaS product development or digital transformation (preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as National TOMs or SEQM.
