A Product Manager is required to lead the development of a Social Value Management module, based in a flexible or hybrid working environment. This role involves shaping and evolving digital tools used in public sector procurement to demonstrate and maximise social value. The position focuses on engaging stakeholders, translating policy into practical solutions, and ensuring products reflect current frameworks and reporting standards. Keywords include product management, social value, procurement, and SaaS development. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic development of the Social Value Management module.
  • Engage with contractors and public sector stakeholders to gather insights.
  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to validate product improvements.
  • Work with design and development teams to deliver user-focused tools.
  • Monitor social value policy changes and integrate best practices.
  • Support client onboarding and demos with product insights.
  • Identify new opportunities for innovation and platform integration.
 Experience & Skills Required
  • Background in Social Value Management, Bid Writing, or Public Sector Procurement.
  • Knowledge of social value measurement methods and real-world application.
  • Ability to translate policy into effective digital solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS product development or digital transformation (preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as National TOMs or SEQM.
