The Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of construction and installation projects, ensuring bids are delivered on time and to a high standard.

As Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions for projects across multiple sectors.

• Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.

• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain accurate costs.

• Analysing and evaluating project costs, identifying risks and opportunities for cost savings.

• Supporting project managers throughout the pre-contract stage.

• Maintaining a database of costs and supplier information.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful Estimator will have:

• Proven experience in construction or installation estimating, ideally in commercial/industrial projects.

• Strong understanding of materials, labour, and subcontractor costs.

• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

• The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail.
