An established construction consultancy based in Liverpool is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support its expanding portfolio of commercial and residential developments across the North West. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring key milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to handover. Working across multiple sectors including commercial, residential and education, the Project Manager will liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.

Key duties include producing and maintaining project programmes, leading project meetings, managing risks, monitoring financial performance and ensuring health and safety compliance throughout. The Project Manager will also support junior staff and contribute to business development activity as required.

The Project Manager

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Manager role within construction consultancy or client-side
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or related discipline
Chartered or working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM is highly desirable
Strong understanding of UK construction contracts, project lifecycle and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to commute to and work from Liverpool on a regular basis
