Are you an MRICS qualified Valuation Surveyor with experience in Level 2 and 3 home surveys looking to become an integral part of a well-established, reputable business that offers remote working, private healthcare and potential for personalised progression plans?
This Chartered Surveying company has expanded significantly within the past decade, completing residential surveys across the North of England. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are now looking for new addition to their tight-knit, friendly team.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of valuation, Level 2 and 3 home surveys and meeting company specified SLA's, covering the Liverpool patch. This is a remote role, Monday-to-Friday with flexible hours.
This role would suit an MRICS Qualified and Registered Valuer looking for an independent, exciting role offering an opportunity to further develop your skills and potential for customised progression plans.
The Role:
- Managing own projects
- Conducting valuations and Level 2 and 3 home surveys
- Meeting company SLA specifications
The Person:
- Based within Liverpool
- MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
- Level 2 and 3 home survey experience
