Tradewind Recruitment is looking for Psychology Graduates who are passionate about supporting the learning and development of primary-aged children (5-11 years old). This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates interested in educational psychology, child development, or teaching, offering hands-on experience in supportive and inclusive primary schools in South Liverpool.

The Role:

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support children on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
  • Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and tailored interventions.
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of primary education and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Experience supporting SEND children (in a school or other setting) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach.
