We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Finance Business Partner to drive the financial planning and analysis within the Accounting & Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead financial discussions, influence strategic decisions, and work closely with non-finance stakeholders.

Description
- Partner with stakeholders to drive financial performance and decision making.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports and business metrics.
- Perform financial modelling and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor financial controls and systems.
- Provide financial insights to support the decision-making process.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience in a similar role within the business services industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive financial performance and manage budgets.
