The Role
As an Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in securing new projects and ensuring their commercial success from the outset. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, analyse tender documentation, and liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to produce competitive, commercially sound proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed, accurate estimates.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather pricing and technical details.

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions.

  • Produce clear, well-structured bid proposals within deadlines.

  • Maintain and develop strong supplier and subcontractor relationships.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Estimator / AQS within construction or a related sector.

  • Experience within cladding projects is highly beneficial.

  • Strong numeracy, analytical, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
