We are recruiting for anAssistant Quantity Surveyoron behalf of our client, a growing main contractor that work on residential projects. The role will involve supporting the commercial team on projects during the preconstruction stage.

Ideal candidate:

Duties include:
  • Assist senior management in the commercial evaluation of pre-construction projects.
  • Support the preparation of tender submissions, cost plans, budgets, and feasibility assessments.
  • Contribute to procurement activities, including supplier enquiries, comparisons, and package analysis.
  • Help manage project documentation, risk registers, and commercial reporting.
  • Coordinate with design, planning, and delivery teams to gather information during pre-construction.
  • Participate in interface meetings with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure projects progress through early-stage gateways.
  • Maintain accurate commercial data and assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
