An opportunity has opened up for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our clients growing team, working on Social Housing contracts across Merseyside.

Description

  • Manage all commercial aspects of assigned Social Housing projects
  • Ensure cost control, accurate reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support procurement of subcontractors and manage subcontract accounts
  • Work closely with site teams and clients etc to ensure value for money and contract compliance
  • Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Contribute forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting
  • Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior/project level
  • Strong understand and experience within Social Housing refurbishment or maintenance contracts
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying
