Our client, a leading faade and cladding specialist, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Liverpool-based team. This is a site-based role overseeing several cladding remediation projects located in Liverpool
The Role
As the Quantity Surveyor on site, you'll take full ownership of the commercial delivery across multiple projects, ensuring cost control, accuracy, and transparency from start to finish. You'll work closely with project teams to manage subcontractors, identify variations, and maintain robust financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full commercial lifecycle of live projects
- Identifying, valuing, and managing variations and change orders
- Measuring works and preparing take-offs
- Managing and signing off subcontractor accounts
- Preparing interim valuations and cost reports
- Supporting cost forecasting and maintaining accurate financial records
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth commercial management
About You
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the cladding or faade sector
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple live projects
- Comfortable taking ownership of the commercial outcome on site
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Based within commutable distance to Liverpool
