Rubicon Consulting is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a 3-month contract based in Liverpool.
The role involves cost control, valuations, payment applications, and managing variations and compensation events.
Candidates must have proven experience with DNO substation projects and a strong knowledge of NEC3 & NEC4 contracts.
A background in civils and substation works, as well as experience in the power/utilities sector, is required.

Managing variations and compensation events
Supporting project and site teams

Requirements:

Proven experience onDNO substation projects
Strong knowledge ofNEC3 & NEC4 contracts
Background incivils and substation works
Experience within the power / utilities sector
Able to work on live projects in a fast-paced environment
