Responsibilities / Job Description
Tasks required by all portfolio managers
·Manage your own portfolio of properties from cradle to grave, overseeing the entire property lifecycle.·Coordinate property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations.·Oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.·Manage lease renewals, rent increases, and property inspections.·Stay updated on local market trends, rental regulations, and legal requirements.
Revenue Generation and Growth:·Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental income and other revenue streams.·Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion.·Work closely with the team to develop marketing plans and attract high-quality tenants.·Monitor rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly.·Collaborate with the team to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Performance Analysis and Reporting·Track and analyse portfolio performance, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses.·Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures when necessary to your team.·Provide management with updates on portfolio status, challenges, and achievements.
Basic Salary £23000 plus commission OTE £29000
You may also have experience in the following: Junior Property Administrator, Property Management Assistant, Assistant Residential Property Manager, Property Coordinator.
