We’re recruiting a Real Estate Branch Manager for a respected and growing property business in the heart of Liverpool. This is your chance to take ownership of a branch, lead a team, and shape the future of a business that values ambition, innovation, and excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Overseeing day-to-day branch operations across sales, lettings, and property investment

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team

  • Developing strategies to grow revenue, boost market share, and deliver outstanding client service

  • Building and nurturing a portfolio of landlords, buyers, and investors

  • Ensuring compliance with UK property laws and internal policies

  • Acting as the primary liaison with stakeholders including vendors, tenants, and partners

  • Supporting marketing campaigns, property listings, and open houses

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the property sector

  • Strong background in property investment, residential/commercial sales, and lettings

  • Sound knowledge of UK property law, AML, and compliance procedures

  • Commercially driven with the ability to hit KPIs and scale operations

  • Proficiency with CRM/property software and Microsoft Office

  • Relevant industry qualifications (ARLA, NAEA) - desirable but not essential
